The envelope is sent by a Summary Court by registered mail. Since it will be hand-delivered by a postal staff, there is a possibility that your family member has received it instead of you.

If you are not at home when the envelope is delivered, "不在連絡票", which is a delivery notice, will be posted to your mailbox. In that case, please request re-delivery or pick up the envelope at the designated post office.
